Campigie – Sauvignon Colli Berici DOC
The Campigie is a Sauvignon that is aged in barrels, made from the overripe grapes from a polyclonal vineyard. It rests for six to eight months in casks of different wood (acacia and oak) and for at least six months in the bottle. It is a very personal wine, powerfully structured and exceptionally soft, that, with its late harvest, loses the vegetable notes typical of the Sauvignon to acquire the aromas of ripe fruit.
